IdahoSports.com Welcomes New Advertising Manager
Marie Cummins, an avid supporter of high school sports, joins the IdahoSports.com team

IdahoSports.com is proud to welcome Marie Cummins as its new Advertising Manager.

Cummins, an Arco native, said she has always been a strong advocate for high school athletics in the Gem State.

“My family is very sports-oriented and I love marketing and sales, so this is somewhat of a dream job for me,” Cummins said. “Working alongside passionate individuals who share my passion for sports and sales will be the icing on the cake.”

Cummins previously worked in marketing for ATC Communications for eight years while serving on the Butte County School Board of Trustees. At ATC, her responsibilities ranged from website redesign, email marketing, billboards and postcards to selling a wide array of internet and tech-related services. A mother of four multi-sport athletes, Cummins said she’s excited and eager to work for a website she’s followed for years.

“IdahoSports has always been the undisputed leader in media coverage for local high school sports,” she said. “I've always been a long-time supporter of IdahoSports. I'm excited to join the team and to work side by side with the other talented and hard-working folks here.”

Cummins is no stranger to the Idaho high school sports scene, as her nephew Keyan recently graduated from Butte County High School as a decorated football, basketball and track athlete. Cummins’ two oldest children, meanwhile, compete at the collegiate level in Oregon. She also worked as a club volleyball coach and refereed community league basketball games for nearly a decade.

"Nobody loves high school sports more than us,” she said. “I’m excited to work with the rest of the talented team at IdahoSports to develop new levels of engagement and reporting while continuing the 25-year tradition of supporting young athletes.”
