As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
Sarah Thomas is an athlete that can play inside as well as shoot the ball she will take the lead at point guard. Chelbee Rosenkrance can also play inside as well as out. We have strong posts Cheyan James and Alex Nelson who can compete down low and will cause some match-up problems for teams.

Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
We want to be fundamentally sound and take care of the basketball.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
We must be able to communicate and work as a cohesive unit.

Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year:
Communication is key. We must know what each of our teammates’ are doing to assist each other in stopping other teams.

Does your team have a motto/theme for the upcoming season?
Touch Every Line

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
Their willingness to work for a common cause.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Staying healthy.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
I love the relationships and unity gained through battling day in and day out for a common goal.

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
I was told by a wise old coach Jerry Krause (University of Gonzaga Director of basketball operations) That the "big time" is where you’re at.
