As a team, what are your offensive strengths? We have a lot of speed and like to get up and down the floor. We like to run our transition game into our offense. Look for us putting up a lot of shots through our transition game.
Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year: Our shooting has to improve.
As a team, what are your defensive strengths? We play an aggressive man to man and we like to get up in your face and jump on teams quickly.
Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year: Our presses have to be better and our rebounding needs to be better.
What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team? Most of these girls have been on varsity since they were freshman so this is my 3rd year with them. Most of them have a lot of varsity experience.
For the fans, what is the must-see game of the year on your schedule? Highland is always a fun one and Poky. They are 2 great teams and we should battle with them all year.
Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball? I enjoy watching my team progress in both their individual goals and team goals.
What makes your school the best place to coach for? We are the Diamondbacks!
