Here is a look at all of the potential playoff and tiebreaker scenarios heading into the final week of the regular season.
1AD1 District 1-2 Whitepine League
Total berths to the state tournament: three.
Clinched Playoff Berth
Genesee Bulldogs - league champion, seed 1-2A
Prairie Pirates
Lapwai Wildcats
Eliminated
Wallace Miners
Kamiah Kubs
Clearwater Valley Rams
Troy Trojans
Potlatch Loggers
Genesee has clinched the league title and will be seed 1-2A at the state tournament. Prairie and Lapwai have also clinched, but their seeding is yet to be determined.
The only game on the schedule for the final week that has any importance to to the state tournament is Lapwai vs. Prairie. Here are the scenarios:
1. If Lapwai beats Prairie.
Lapwai finishes in second place and takes seed 1-2B, and Prairie finishes in third place and takes seed 1-2C.
2. If Prairie beats Lapwai.
Prairie finishes in second place and takes seed 1-2B, and Lapwai finishes in third place and takes seed 1-2C.
1AD1 District 3 Western Idaho Conference
Total berths to the state tournament: two.
Clinched Playoff Berth
Wilder Wildcats - conference champion, seed 3A.

Idaho City Wildcats
Horseshoe Bend Mustangs
Eliminated
Rimrock Raiders
Notus Pirates
Wilder has clinched the conference championship and top seed to the state tournament, regardless of the result of their game against Notus, who has been eliminated. Horseshoe Bend and Idaho City are vying for the last playoff berth.
This week, Horseshoe Bend plays Idaho City. Here are the scenarios:
1. If Horseshoe Bend beats Idaho City.
Horseshoe Bend would finish in second place and take seed 3B and Idaho City is eliminated.
2. If Idaho City beats Horseshoe Bend.
Idaho City would finish in second place and take seed 3B and Horseshoe Bend is eliminated.
1AD1 District 4-5-6 Snake River Conference
Total berths to the state tournament: three.
Clinched Playoff Berth
Oakley Hornets - conference champion, seed 4-5-6A
Still In Contention
Valley Vikings
Challis Vikings
Grace Grizzlies
Raft River Trojans
Eliminated
Hagerman Pirates
Shoshone Indians
Glenns Ferry Pirates
Oakley has wrapped up the conference crown and is seed 4-5-6A. Valley, Grace, Raft River, and Challis are all fighting for the final two berths to the state tournament.
This week, Oakley vs Raft River, Challis vs Grace, and Valley vs Glenns Ferry. Here are the scenarios:
1. If Oakley beats Raft River, Challis beats Grace, and Valley beats Glenns Ferry.
Valley would finish in second place and take seed 4-5-6B, Challis would finish in third place and take seed 4-5-6C, with Grace and Raft River being eliminated.
2. If Oakley beats Raft River, Challis beats Grace, and Glenns Ferry beats Valley.
Challis would finish in second place and take seed 4-5-6B and there would be a three-way tie for third place between Grace, Raft River, and Valley.
The tiebreaker is your record against the team(s) ranked directly above you in the standings. In this case, since Grace, Raft River, and Valley are tied for third, the tiebreaker would be those teams' record against Challis, since they all lost to Oakley. In this scenario, Challis would have beaten Grace and Raft River, but not Valley. This means that Valley would finish in third place and take seed 4-5-6C and Grace and Raft River would be eliminated.
3. If Oakley beats Raft River, Grace beats Challis, and Valley beats Glenns Ferry.
Grace would finish in second place and take seed 4-5-6B, Valley would finish in third place and take seed 4-5-6C, with Challis and Raft River being eliminated.
4. If Oakley beats Raft River, Grace beats Challis, and Glenns Ferry beats Valley.
Grace would finish in second place and take seed 4-5-6B, Valley would finish in third place and take seed 4-5-6C, with Challis and Raft River being eliminated.
5. If Raft River beats Oakley, Challis beats Grace, and Valley beats Glenns Ferry.
Valley would finish in second place and take seed 4-5-6B, Challis would finish in third place and take seed 4-5-6C, with Grace and Raft River being eliminated.
6. If Raft River beats Oakley, Challis beats Grace, and Glenns Ferry beats Valley.
Challis would finish in second place and take seed 4-5-6B, Raft River would finish in third place and take seed 4-5-6C, with Valley and Grace being eliminated.
7. If Raft River beats Oakley, Grace beats Challis, and Valley beats Glenns Ferry.
There is a three-way tie for second place between Valley, Raft River, and Grace. Challis is eliminated.
The tiebreaker is your record against the team(s) ranked directly above you in the standings. In this case, since Valley, Raft River, and Grace are tied for second, the tiebreaker would be those teams' record against Oakley. In this scenario, Oakley would have beaten Valley and Grace, but not Raft River. This means that Raft River would finish in second place and take seed 4-5-6B, Grace would finish in third place (having beaten Valley head-to-head) and would take seed 4-5-6C, and Valley would be eliminated.
8. If Raft River beats Oakley, Grace beats Challis, and Glenns Ferry beats Valley.
Raft River would finish in second place and take seed 4-5-6B, Grace would finish in third place and take seed 4-5-6C, with Valley and Challis being eliminated.
