If Dietrich beats Carey and Castleford beats Lighthouse Christian
Dietrich finishes first and takes seed 4A, Carey finishes second and takes seed 4B, and there is a 3-way tie for third place between Lighthouse Christian, Camas County, and Carey.
This tie would be broken via a 3-way Kansas City Playoff on Monday, October 24th at a neutral location. The winner of the Kansas City Playoff would earn seed 4C, second place in the playoff would earn seed 4D, and the loser of the playoff would miss the state tournament.

It should be noted that the four berths to the state tournament are really to the play-in round of the playoffs.
