GIRLS BASKETBALL STATE TOURNAMENT BRACKETS
BOYS BASKETBALL STATE TOURNAMENT BRACKETS

All 132 games of the girls and boys state basketball tournaments will once again be audio broadcast to the world live and free on IdahoSports.com this year.

Coverage will begin on February 14 as the girls take the floor at six different locations throughout the Treasure Valley, with the boys tournament slated to begin two weeks later on February 28.

Teams, players and coaches from all six classifications work hard all year to still be alive come tournament time, with 48 achieving that goal and participating in each tournament.

This year we believe our coverage will enable fans to keep up with all the happenings through a variety of mediums.

Adding to the fan experience of Championship Saturday, we are proud to announce that Mike Safford will be courtside for all title games at the Ford Idaho Center providing live, real time stats which will display on the webcast player during each state championship matchup. This will allow fans at home or inside the arena to keep up with the action visually while also following along with our live play-by-play audio broadcast.

Our talented team of action photographers will be all over the Treasure Valley once again as well to capture the memorable moments as they happen. Each of their photos will be posted on IdahoSportsPhotos.com after the conclusion of the tournament for purchase. We will announce which of our photographers will be where at a later date.

In the meantime, we would like to remind you to follow us on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram prior to February 14. Alec Pope will be handling our social media accounts during both tournaments, so you will want to give us a like or a follow to make sure you are up-to-date as the days go along. Paul Kingsbury will be updating brackets throughout each day as well, giving you a one-stop shop for all the information you need.

We know that not everyone can make it out to the games in person due to work obligations, living out of the area, health issues or a variety of other reasons. With that said, our goal is to provide as many ways to follow along as possible in order to ensure that those people can still cheer as if they were at the site. If that means yelling at their cubicle in the office, send us a video, because that would be awesome.

In 2018 our live audio broadcasts of state basketball were listened to 432,780 times, a number we are excited to watch grow once again in the new year. To ensure the quality of the product we have brought in some of the top on-air talent in the state of Idaho to bring you all the action live. Our crews know the teams, storylines and value of providing a live and free product for you to follow along with.
