IdahoSports.com is looking for personnel in the Boise and Coeur d'Alene areas to become an integral part of its coverage of high school football this upcoming season. In Coeur d'Alene we need a play-by-play broadcaster and in the Boise area at least one or two broadcast producers.
This position may include writing and graphic design work as well for the right candidate.
IdahoSports.com operates throughout the state and is the online leader for high school scores, schedules, brackets, broadcasts and photo galleries.
We are looking for individuals who have previous experience in broadcasting, or who are willing and eager to learn, to join our team. Training will be provided. Play-by-play and producers are both paid on a per-game basis. There may be additional opportunities during basketball and baseball season. Candidates with strong writing abilities and graphic design skills are encouraged to submit samples of this work as well, as we will be revamping our site to allow a vast overhaul of our editorial content this upcoming year.
Broadcast producers and play-by-play talent will be assigned games on Friday nights with potential for additional games on Thursday and Saturday dates depending on the candidates schedule availability. This is a great opportunity to gain real world experience in the field of broadcasting in front of a live viewing audience.
