Do you have any new incoming “impact” players?
Luke Vaartstra 6’6 Junior Forward – Great Character Kid with a strong work ethic and extremely coachable.
As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
Controlling the tempo of the games, valuing every possession and taking great shots in our offense will be our main focus.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
Team defense, limiting second shot opportunities and taking pride in making the stop.

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
This year’s team is full of solid character young men. They’re all coachable and hungry for a strong run this season. Their attitude and work ethic will ultimately determine the success we have and I am excited to coach them.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
I love the game of basketball and I love the relationships that I’ve been able to create with the young men that I’ve been able to teach this incredible game to. I take great pride in the young men that call me Coach. It’s what keeps me coming back!
