1. If Priest River beats Kellogg.
Priest River takes seed 1B and Kellogg is eligible for the At-Large berth.
2. If Kellogg beats Priest River.

While there are no auto bids remaining, the order in which the teams will be placed on the bracket is still to be determined. The only conference game happening this week is Homedale vs. Weiser. Here are the scenarios:
1. If Homedale beats Weiser.
Homedale takes seed 3A, Fruitland takes seed 3B, Weiser takes seed 3C, and Parma is eligible for the At-Large berth.
2. If Weiser beats Homedale.
There is a 3-way tie for first place between Homedale, Fruitland, and Weiser, with Parma being eligible for the At-Large berth.
The tie is broken using the Azzie point differential system. It takes the point-differential of a team's wins and losses against the teams it is in a tie with and combines them for a tiebreaking differential. There is also a cap of 10 points, meaning that a 50-point win is the same as a 10-point win - if you win by more than 10 points, it's counted in the tiebreaking procedure as a 10-point win. The margin of victory/defeat differential from each game between the tied teams is used to figure out which team comes out ahead.
This tiebreaker uses the point differentials taken from the games in which Homedale, Fruitland, and Weiser competed against each other.
Homedale
Beat Fruitland 34-0. Differential: +10 (capped)
Total differential: +10
(Homedale plays Weiser on Oct. 19)
Fruitland
Lost to Homedale 34-0. Differential: -10 (capped)
Beat Weiser 21-14. Differential: +7
Total differential: -3
Weiser
Lost to Fruitland 21-14. Differential: -7
Total differential: -7
(Weiser plays Homedale on Oct. 19)
This tiebreaker will come down to if Weiser can beat Homedale and by how many points.
If Weiser wins by 4 points or less, Weiser's point differential would sit between -6 and -3, Homedale's point differential would sit between +9 and +6, and Fruitland's point differential would remain at -3. In this scenario, Homedale takes seed 3A, Fruitland takes seed 3B, and Weiser takes seed 3C.
If Weiser wins by 5 to 8 points, Weiser's point differential would sit between -2 and +1, Homedale's point differential would sit between +5 and +2, and Fruitland's point differential would remain at -3. In this scenario, Homedale takes seed 3A, Weiser takes seed 3B, and Fruitland takes seed 3C.
If Weiser wins by 9 points or more, Weiser's point differential would sit between +2 and +3, Homedale's point differential would sit between +1 and 0, and Fruitland's point differential would remain at -3. In this scenario, Weiser takes seed 3A, Homedale takes seed 3B, and Fruitland takes seed 3C.

At-Large Berth
The 3A At-Large berth this year is determined by the final Idaho RPI ranking of each team. The next best team in each conference that has not secured an automatic berth is eligible for the at-large berth. Of those teams, the team with the highest RPI ranking will earn the bid.
Below is a listing of teams who have yet to officially clinch a spot in the postseason that are still eligible to earn the at-large berth along with their ranking and RPI score. These rankings and RPI scores include game results through Oct. 15.
Team Ranking RPI Score
South Fremont #6 0.552
Priest River #9 0.517
Teton #10 0.516
Filer #13 0.479
Snake River #14 0.444
Kellogg #15 0.419
Parma #16 0.385
Buhl #17 0.365
The final rankings will be released once all associated results have been compiled, which would be Saturday Oct. 20 or Sunday Oct. 21. Of those teams, whichever one has not clinched an automatic berth, is the next best team in their conference and holds the highest ranking will be awarded the at-large berth.
