Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball? Because my former high school coach, Michelle Skyles Jerome High School, and my college coach, Anjii Weissenfluh Eastern Oregon University, influenced me tremendously and besides my parents they are the two people who have made me the person I am today. I think Coaches have a huge impact on their athletes and for me Id like to be that role model for my student-athletes that my coaches have been to me.
What makes your school the best place to coach for? The kids I have had the honor of coaching some remarkable young athletes who are motivated in the classroom, and out on the court and they represent the community of Caldwell exceptionally well.
