The 3A Girls Real Dairy Shootout is in the books... and what a tournament it was! A first time champion was crowned in the Snake River Lady Panthers. Filer came up just short in their bid to win their first ever girls state basketball title, but played a great tournament. Parma made some noise in their first-ever 3A state tournament, taking home the 3rd place trophy. Bonners Ferry gathered the consolation trophy after defeating Priest River and Marsh Valley on the backside of the bracket.
Nick Dhaenens and myself had the privilege of covering the tournament and we were impressed with the spirit of the fans and players throughout the games. It was a fun atmosphere at Skyview High School all weekend long.

The selection of the All-Tournament Teams is based on performances of players during the tournament. This is not an official award from the IHSAA but just something fun to recognize players who stood out during the tournament from our vantage point.
