"Lauren Gould is a freshman at Lapwai High School. She is the daughter of Aaron Gould and Jackie McArthur of Lenore. Her sister Julia Gould, is a senior and her teammate at Lapwai. 

Lauren participates in volleyball, cheer, basketball and softball. In volleyball,  she played right-side hitter for the Wildcats, who reached the second round of regional playoffs.  

Lauren is a member of the Lapwai FFA Chapter. She is raising a steer and is on the parliamentary procedure team. Lauren achieved the Torch Award for this year's State Business Professionals of America Conference held annually in Boise. She is also on the honor roll. 

Lauren was voted Prep Athlete of the Week by the Lewiston Morning Tribune in January and named Honorable Mention for the 2020 IdahoSports.com 1AD1 All-Tournament Team following the team's 10th championship title. 

Lauren had the privilege of playing with her sister Julia this year. Their backyard battles in basketball, volleyball, softball, chopping and stacking wood, bike races and wrecks have helped her prepare for and enjoy athletics.

Lauren's siblings are Cloud Williams, Julia, Johnson and Owen Gould. Lauren looks forward to returning to school, her teammates and friends. She is a proud Lapwai Wildcat."
