As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
Good leadership at QB and if given time can throw strikes to receivers. Good skills at running back/WR with Roscoe and Whitworth. Johnson switched to backfield for toughness and blocking from the full back position.

Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
Consistency in moving the ball; overall blocking needs improvement.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
Good overall Senior leadership

Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year:
Shutting the run down more consistently

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
After struggling last year, we have a good chance to be much more competitive and we’re hoping to catch a few teams by surprise.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
We will have some success as long as we can stay healthy as a team.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school football?
Other than those 3 things I can’t think of one thing!! Other than pure enjoyment.

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
Great kids
