The Albertsons Big Deal of the Week is a new addition to IdahoSports.com in which student-athletes who excel in the classroom and competitively are selected on a weekly basis to be featured on the site. Each recipient of this weekly honor receives a $100 Albertsons gift card and is featured as a top story on IdahoSports.com.

With state baseball coming up this week, multi-sport standout Easton Durham of Highland helps lead the Rams into the 5A tournament as a dangerous group. Easton also plays quarterback on the football team and was a member of the varsity basketball program this year. He maintains a 3.96 GPA in the classroom.

Managing professional athletes.

What is the best advice you have ever received and from who?
“Humble yourself and glorify God,” my dad Jason Durham.

Any shoutouts:
First off, my savior Jesus Christ for giving me the ability to play and do the things I do. Secondly, my family for pushing me above and beyond and never leaving my side. Lastly, my friends, coaches and teammates for always having my back and driving me to succeed.
