The Idaho High School Lacrosse League (IHSLL) recently announced that the 2019 Class A and Class B championships will be played at Dona Larsen Park in Boise on Saturday, May 18.

The Class B game will begin at 5 p.m. and the Class A game is slated for a 7:30 p.m. start.

Tickets will be $5 for spectators and parking is being offered for $5 per car at the Washington Group parking lot.

Mountain View won the 2018 Class A title with a 15-9 defeat of Eagle, while Coeur d'Alene knocked off Idaho Falls 13-12 in the Class B game. The Mavericks have won two consecutive championships at the Class A level.

The April 15-21 Coaches Power Rankings that are posted on the IHSLL website have Boise in the top spot, followed by Hillcrest, Bishop Kelly, Eagle and Mountain View.

Carter Rhoades of Hillcrest leads the league in points with 80 through April 24. Jackson Beers of Capital is second with 60 on the season.
