Rigby High School will play host to the inaugural Alley Outlaw 7-on-7 Invitational on June 29 starting at 10 a.m.
Doug Swanson is helping put the event on and is excited to bring it to Eastern Idaho.
"This event will be fun and competitive for the players and something we are going to build on year after year," added Swanson, who also is the president of Upper Valley Grid Kid Football.
The team fee is $300 and the winning team will receive free entry for next year.
Teams that are already committed include Rigby, Skyline, South Fremont, Teton, Bonneville, Idaho Falls and multiple teams from Utah. A schedule will be announced as soon as the final field is set.
Officials for the event will be from District 5 and District 6 and music and food vendors will be on-site.
Sponsors include The Alley in Rigby and Swanson's All American Sports.
