Losing six seniors and their leadership is always difficult to recover from.

As a team, what are your offensive strengths?
One of our offensive focuses this year will be ball movement and individual movement without the ball.

Offensive areas you hope to improve on over last year:
We hope to shoot, pass and run the floor better.

As a team, what are your defensive strengths?
This year we will focus on both man and zone defenses. We will commit to intensity in our defense at all times, regardless of which type of defense we are using.

Defensive Areas you hope to improve on over last year:
We would like to improve our verbal communication on defense this year.

What are you most excited about in regards to this year’s team?
We have some girls coming in that have great work ethic, and won’t quit playing until the final buzzer sounds.

For the fans, what is the must-see game of the year on your schedule?
Any game hosted at South Fremont will be great. We have such a fantastic student body, they really add to the atmosphere of the gym.

What is the ‘X-Factor’ to having success this season as a team?
Attitude and Team Unity.

Besides the pay, the fame and the glory, why do you coach high school basketball?
For the love of the game! I also enjoy helping players reach their goals.

What makes your school the best place to coach for?
We have a great student body! They are extremely spirited. They really make the games enjoyable for the crowd and the players on the court.
