Day 1 of the Real Dairy Shootout is in the books. We've already had a buzzer-beating long-range 3-point shot for a victory (Twin Falls over Nampa), a couple of overtime games (Cole Valley over Valley and Mackay beating Nezperce), and eight games that were decided by 5 points or less (including 3-in-a-row at the 2A level).
That's a pretty good start for the 2014 edition of the Girls Real Dairy Shootout.
I also started out not too shabby in my picks, going 17 of 24 on the first day (70.8%). The chances of improving that percentage are small indeed, but I might as well try! (If you are just DYING to see who I picked yesterday, click HERE).
